Jessica is a yoga teacher based in San Francisco, CA. Initially drawn to yoga by the physical power of Bikram, she later transitioned to become E-RYT500 certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Anusara styles. Jessica's teaching philosophy centers around the ethos of encouragement and self-discovery; she supports her students to access their own, innate teacher through yoga and to harness the practice as a tool to transform the body and mind.
